Description:	Motivated self-starter needed for full time Office Manager position. Must have QuickBooks, Excel and collection experience. Accuracy and reliability are musts. This position assists controller with bookkeeping tasks as well as oversees inventory control and product ordering and helps with other overflow work as needed. Must be a detailed and organized team player. Main tasks are costing, commission reports, collection calls and reporting on Excel spreadsheets, and placing parts orders and checking them in. Also assists with accounting reports at end of quarter and other projects as needed. Quickbooks & Collection experience are the biggest technical requirements.
