Do you have housekeeping and management experience? We are looking for someone to lead our housekeeping team.
Some of the duties may include:
- Oversee housekeeping and laundry room staff (5-10 employees), delegating daily tasks and priorities, and ensuring that staff stays on pace to execute daily work in a timely manner.
- Inspect rooms and common areas daily for cleanliness
- Schedule shifts
- Train housekeepers on cleaning & room policies and maintenance tasks
- Place bi-weekly linen orders with third party linen supplier
- Help with daily cleaning as needed
- Replenish room supplies in proper quantity and locations
