Career Concepts is recruiting for an Equipment Manager on behalf of a well-established construction company in the Gallatin Valley.
This hands-on position is responsible for supporting field operations through equipment management, fleet coordination, maintenance oversight, inventory control, and jobsite logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working both in the shop and in the field.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, equipment management, fleet operations, or a related field preferred
- Ability to safely tow loaded trailers and transport equipment
- Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, excavators, or similar machinery
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Knowledge of proper load securement and trailer safety practices
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Preferred Experience
- Experience driving and hauling equipment in winter weather conditions
- Snow removal and plowing experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Construction industry experience
