We are recruiting a highly qualified HR Generalist for 2 separate companies. One in Bozeman and one in Big Sky. This role involves managing employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and handling daily reporting tasks, including unemployment, onboarding, and collaborating with various departments as needed. The HR Generalist may also perform payroll duties. The successful candidate will be committed to upholding company policies, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and fostering a positive employee experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.) and/or have at least 2 years of experience in HR, payroll, or a similar role.
