Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee workplace safety programs
  • Conduct compensation analysis and support pay structure decisions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Strong knowledge across multiple HR functions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
