You’ll oversee the parts sales team, develop and implement processes and SOPs, manage pricing and inventory systems, set sales goals, track KPIs, and coordinate closely with sales, marketing, warehouse, and materials. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building structure, analyzing data, and improving how things get done.
