Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide professional customer support via email and phone

  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to sales activity

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or order processing
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and an ERP system is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional communication skills—both written and verbal
