Key Responsibilities

- Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide professional customer support via email and phone

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or order processing
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and an ERP system is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills—both written and verbal
