Career Concepts is recruiting for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy Marketing & Communications team for a well-established organization. This is a temporary opportunity covering a leave of absence, with the chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage shared email inboxes, routing messages to appropriate team members
  • Track deadlines and maintain calendars for a marketing team
  • Organize and manage digital files, including SharePoint systems
  • Format and proofread marketing materials for accuracy and consistency
  • Assist with planning and logistics for seminars, conferences, and customer events
  • Occasionally attend events and support onsite activities (up to 10% travel)

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written communication and proofreading ability
  • Comfortable working with digital file systems and collaboration tools
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
