I really enjoyed my experience with everyone at Career Concepts from start to finish! Everyone there is truly so kind and genuine and wants both you and the clients they work with to suceed. The interview with Career Concepts was more of just getting to know me and my wants vs feeling like a high pressure interview and having random scenarios quickfire thrown at you. I was impressed with how much they also want you to find a role that fits your vibe and you enjoy not just trying to put you with any company, they want it to truly be a good fit in all ways for everyone. They will make sure you are well prepped for your interviews and provide you with an info packet that was very helpful. They keep in touch with you every step of the way and are very open about where you are in the process. I ended up being paired with someone in a field I don't typically work in but clearly they could see how we would pair well together and it truly has been a great fit! I really enjoy working for and care about my boss and I'm currently still in my position. Highly recommend the team here!

I was frustrated with my job and knew there was a better job for me out there. I was working 50hrs+ a week, which left me no time to look for a great job. I was told about Career Concepts and it was free too. I met with Terri and filled out some paperwork and they did the rest. They called me in and told me about some opportunities here in the Gallatin Valley that I might have been interested in. I was placed in a great job that I enjoy, and look forward to coming to work every day. That was almost 6 years ago.
